2. Digital Products — General Rule
Since our products are digital and are delivered instantly after payment, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or access has been granted. This protects the rights of our creators and prevents misuse.

3. Exceptions (When refunds are possible):
You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You did not receive the file (e.g., broken download link); or
  • The file is corrupted, or does not match the product description in a significant way.

In such cases, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement file/credit.

5. Timeframe
Refund or replacement requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
